Compact Apartment Table

The design aspect of this table was minimal as it is one of many re-creations of the Ikea table, “Nordon” (pictured below). My changes include: material choice, removal of the drawers, design of the legs, and method of manufacturing; the largest difference being that it is made from 100% solid wood and not particle board.

Given that this table would be the first major piece of furniture made by me - for a paying client - I was nervous about how it would come out. There are certainly things I would change if I made it again but overall I think it met expectations! It fit the space well and accomplished its goal.
