High School Project:

Matching Coffee Tables (Oak, Ash, & Walnut)

Sophomore year of high school (2014), I made a matching set of coffee tables to be house-warming gifts for two of my older sisters.

These tables were the second thing I made in sophomore woodshop following the onboarding adirondack chair project. That same year, I built myself a computer desk out of oak and ash (photos at bottom).

For as deliberate as they look, I made the design up on the fly and purchased glass to fit the recess at the end. Later in time, one of them got stained.
